Army Agniveer Salary Plus Allowances

Army Agneepath Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Agniveer (General Duty)

• The candidate must have completed the minimum qualification to the 10th standard. Along with this, they must have obtained at least 45% in the final result and 33% in individual subjects.

Agniveer (Tech) & Agniveer Tech (Avn & Amn Examiner)

• Completed intermediate education with Science stream.
• Must have scored 50% marks in the final result and 40% in individual subjects.
  OR
• Passes intermediate exams from any recognized school board.
• Completed one-year ITI course in the respective field.

Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical

• Completion of intermediate education with any stream.
• 60% in the final result and at least 50% marks in every subject individually.
• It is compulsory for the candidate to have 50% marks in the following subjects in the 12th class:
  • English
  • Maths
  • Accounts

Agniveer Tradesmen

• Should have passed the 10th examination.
• There is no condition for the marks in the final result. However, must score 33% in each subject.

Agniveer Tradesmen ( 8th pass)

• Should have studied till the 8th standard and passed the examination.
• Scored a minimum of 33% in every subject.

Age Limit for Agniveer

• The age eligibility will be calculated as of 1st October 2022
• The authority has decided on 17.5 years as the minimum age for Agneepath recruitment.
