Maharashtra CIDCO Lottery 2023
City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. (CIDCO) is an official body offering various housing schemes for the citizens of Maharashtra. Under the CIDCO lottery scheme, the authority is set to provide 94,000 houses to all eligible people. The authority will allocate all of these houses to all the individuals eligible and In need of it.
So, the focus group in the allocation of the houses will be people under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of the society or Lower Income Group (LIG). The authority allocated 5,262 houses to the EWS group and 9,576 houses to the LIG groups. Urban Development Minister, Mr Eknath Shinde will announce the winners of the Lottery soon. Houses will be allocated to all the lottery winners.
Since 2018, CIDCO has allotted houses to various citizen groups through central and state government schemes. The authorities allocated more than 14,000 houses under the PM Awas Yojana and Mahagrihanirman Scheme.
In addition to this, now the organization is allocating 203 plots in Navi Mumbai via e-auction. The residents of the state will need to register for this auction sale to bid. The registration process for the same will be provided to tall the state residents soon.
All the residents who want to bid for the plots can submit their entries. To do so, residents can register on the e-auction portal of CIDCO and deposit the bid. Now in 2023, the CIDCO will be offering plots to the applying residents in the following regions of the city:

CIDCO Lottery Registration Eligibility Requirements
As already stated, the authority of CIDCO is working focusing on the vulnerable groups of society, the department has also laid out some criteria. CIDCO (Registration) and Online Form
To avail of any of the benefits of the housing schemes and houses under CIDCO, the citizens will need to first register and fill out an application. To do so, citizens can follow the step-by-step process we are detailing below.
Step 1: Go to the official CIDCO website portal, Maharashtra. On the home page of the portal, applicants will see a link to Click here for Estate Online Services. Click on the link.
Step 2: Clicking on the link, citizens will be directed to another web page of the Department. It will be the page @utkarsh.cidcoindia.com. On this page, click on the link to the Submit Online CFC Application available under the Citizen Portal-Estate Services.
Step 3: On the newly opened page, residents will have to select their sector, block, plot no., node, etc. Upon selecting all the available options. Click on the apply button appearing on the page.
Step 4: Clicking on Apply, an application form will open up for the citizens. Insert all the information required in the application form and continue with the application.

CIDCO Lottery Result
As the authority wraps up with the acceptance of the applications, a list of eligible winners will also be published. The selection of Winners for the houses will solely be based on the Lottery system. So, any discrepancy is avoided. All the names of the candidates drawn through the lottery can very well avail of the benefits of the scheme they are part of.
