This is a government organization to provides quality education to students. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is run by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. This is a school got of relation from CBSE and controlled by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.

Board conducts a basic entrance examination with the name Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya selection test. Candidates need to clear this examination to get selected for class 6 admission. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya selection test is an admission entrance exam for students who take admission for class 6th and 9th class. 9th admission is lateral entry to school.
