Kerala COVID-19 Jagratha Portal issues the E Pass to the citizens for travelling beyond the boundaries of the state.     I am doing my business in kumily,idukki dist,kerala. But i stayed in cumbum ,theni dist,tamilnadu. I am partially vaccinated, due to Corona lockdown i couldn’t concenrate my business. If both govt. allowing vaccinated certificate instead of rtpcr test it very helpful for us
