The examination results of the Maharashtra HSC Board have been canceled on June 3 as per the decision of the state government stated by Cabinet Minister Varsha Gaikwad.
Considering the deadly wave of the pandemic which made it difficult to opt for physical examinations and the hindrances and loopholes associated with the digital mode of examination, the state government decided to cancel the HSC examinations.
The cabinet minister of Maharashtra Ms. Varsha Gaikwad addressed the citizens of Maharashtra in a video message on Twitter saying that since health and mental well being was the priority of the government . Therefore without conducting any examinations the school of education department of the state board will soon come up with the policy of internal assessment on the basis of which the students of Class 12th will be promoted.
The ministry is coming up with the framing of the policy of Common Examinations Test(CET) which will ensure the participation of the students of MSBSHSE for securing the seats of the colleges.
