- Educational Criteria:
- Applicant must be a citizenship of India with a good character, health, no physical defect and clear police record.
- The applicant must hold a Bachelors degree in the field of Law from a well-recognizied Univeristy or passed the last sem even examination as on the last date of application.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant must reach the age of 21 years on 01st Jan 2021 but not above then 35 years old.
- The age relaxation will be provided as per the rules under the Indian Reservation System.
Steps to apply for MP High Court Civil Judge Recruitment Application
The steps to apply online for the MP High Court Civil Judge online form 2021 are as follows:
- Land on the official website of High Court of Madhya Pradesh i.e. mphc.gov.in.
- On the left side of the page, click on ‘Recruitment/Result’.
- On the recruitment page, tap on ‘Click Here- Online Application Forms/ Admit Cards’.
- Firstly click on ‘Advertisement’ and read the file carefully before starting the process.
- After reading the advertisement file, you have to click on ‘Registration’ box.
- Now enter the details asked like:
- Personal Details: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Date of Birth, Parents Name, Mobile Number & Email Id.
- Address Details: Permanent Address, District, State & Pin Code.
- Educational Details: Marksheet and Certificates of class 10th, 12th & Bachelor of Law.
- After the registration, you’ll get a User Id & Password on your registered mobile number/email address.
- With the help of that user-id and password, you’ll be able to upload your photograph & signature image in the application form by taping on the ‘Application’ button.
- Photograph Details: The photograph should digital/scanned in clear in a jpeg format having a white background. The applicants face should be clearly visible without any hat, scarf or flash of the camera.
- Signature Details: The image of the signature should be in a jpeg format in a proper handwritting with correct spelling and on aclean paper.
- Before submitting the application, revise it properly because once it get submitted you’ll not get another chance to edit/rectify the changes.
- After revising it, tick on ‘Submit’ button and your application form will be submitted.
- After submitting the application form, pay the examination fees according to the amount decided by the authority via online mode (Debit, Credit Card or other online banking methods).
- Its mandatory to pay the examination fee otherwise, the application form will not get accepted by the court.
- After paying the fees, take out the print out of the fees receipt, application form and save it for future references.
Note: The Court will not accept the application form via any kind of offline mode. If any applicant sends his/her application form via offline mode then strict action will be taken.

After the submission of all application forms, the authority will shortlist those applications which are correctly filled and submitted. The authority will then post the examination schedule for the ‘Written Test’ which will be into two types (Prelims & Mains). Candidates who’ll get lucky and manage to clear both the written exams will be invited for the last round i.e. ‘Interview’ round. Applicants who’ll successfully clear the Interview round will be transferred to the respective courts and referred to as ‘Civil Judge’.
