Candidates from all over India can apply but there are some terms and conditions set by the conducting authority. Minimum Educational Qualification
The minimum educational qualification defines the candidate’s educational background. The candidate must possess the following educational qualification to become eligible to sit in the exam.
- The candidates must have completed the undergraduate course from any one of the following disciplines:
- B.Sc./ BCA/ BIT/ B.Voc. from Computer Science or Computer Application.
- BBA in Computer Applications and studied either Mathematics or Statistics subject
- Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
Minimum Marks
- The minimum marks obtained should be 55% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates and 60% for other categories.

How To Fill The NIMCET 2023 Application Form?
The candidates will first have to register to sit in the examination. We advise you to read every single detail mentioned above before filling out the form. It will help you in clearing out your doubts as well as save your time. The candidates will be provided with a direct link once the application process starts. Once it is available, you can fill out the application according to these steps:
- Firstly, open the authorized page of NITJSR- http://nimcet.in/
- Secondly, find the relevant link and open it.
- Now, you will first have to register by providing contact details such as email id and phone number.
- After completing registration, you will receive an email and SMS. It will be related to your NIMCET registration.
- Now you will have to log in to get to the application form.
- At this moment, carefully read the application form and provide true information. You will have to enter personal and academic information.
- Upload the documents and after that proceed to pay for the application.
- Finally, submit the application and complete the process by taking print out of the form and e-receipt.

Document Requirements For NIMCET 2023 Application
You will have to provide some documents otherwise the NIMCET application will not be considered complete. We have written down every document that needs to be scanned as well as the guidelines for uploading it. It will save your time if you get these documents ready beforehand.
- A Passport Size Photograph – It should be taken recently and the size should be between 50 Kb to 1 Mb
- Candidate’s Signature – It should be signed with black/blue pen and not in capital letters. The size range is 50 Kb to 1 MB
- Mark Sheets – They should be self-attested and in PDF format. The size should not exceed 1 MB
- Candidate’s Proof of Identity – Any Identity proof cards such as an Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, etc.
NIMCET 2023 Exam Pattern
Here, we have written down the exam pattern to help the applicant prepare for the exam. The candidates will have to attempt only one question paper. The question paper will be 120 questions and in the English language only. These are the following subjects that one has to prepare for the exam:
- Mathematics – 50 questions
- Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning – 40 questions
- General English – 20 questions
- Computer Awareness – 10 questions
The marking for a correct answer would be 4 marks and 1 mark will be deducted for a wrong answer. Therefore, it’s better for all the applicants to not attempt the question if they do not know the answer. Also, do not provide two answers for one question, not even by mistake as it can also lead to a negative marking.
