UCEED Result 2023 OUT: Check Score Card, Rank, Cut Off Marks

UCEED Result 2023: Candidates who have appeared for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design can now check the result online. The exam conducting body declare the UCEED 2023 result on 09th March 2023 at uceed.iitb.ac.in whose direct link is shared at the end of this article.

The entrance exam is conducted for candidates to take admission to bachelor of design in various institutes. IIT Bombay has conducted this entrance exam and candidates from different cities have participated in the entrance examination in IIT colleges of their cities.

All the candidates who appear for the entrance exam of UCEED and have also qualified the exam will be ranked according to their performance in the exam. Candidates will be ranked based on the total marks of Part A and Part B. If in case any two of the candidates obtain the same marks then the selection will be on the basis of criteria. Below is the criteria mentioned for candidates who share the same marks.

• If candidates score same marks then the candidate who score highest marks in Part A will be considered.
• If the situation is still the same then the candidates who score highest marks in Part B will be considered.
• If still the problem remains then the candidate who score highest marks in Section 1 of part A will be considered.
• Lastly, if the above mentioned steps are not able to assigned applicants then the same rank will be allotted to all.

Steps To Download UCEED Result 2023

The result can be downloaded online, and candidates who have sat for the entrance exam can now check their results. Below is the procedure to download the result for UCEED.

• Candidates have to first visit the official website of the Under Graduate Common Entrance Examination For Design i.e. uceed.iitb.ac.in.
• After you have visited the official website the home page will appear before you then there you will see the UCEED result tab, click on that tab.
• Now you will be directed to a new page, where you have to enter the required details to check the result. Once you have entered the details click on the submit option.
• After you have submitted your information then the result for UCEED will appear on new page, check the result carefully. The merit list will also be available along with the result, you can check your names on the merit list as well.
• Lastly, you can also download the result and take a printout of it for future use.

UCEED Result Details

Candidates before downloading the result must check the details mentioned in the scorecard. Below are the details that will be mentioned in the result.

• Name of the candidate
• Roll number of the candidate
• Marks scored by the candidates
• Name of the exam
• Section-wise marks obtained by the candidates
• Rank category

UCEED Cut-Off marks 2023

The cutoff for the exam will be announced soon after the declaration of the result, it is mandatory for candidates to score at least minimum qualifying marks to get selected for further process. If any candidates fail to score the qualifying marks then they will not be selected for the further admission process. Those who clear the cutoff marks will get their names on the merit list and those candidates will be selected for the admission process.

UCEED Post Process 2023

Candidates who qualify the entrance exam, clear the cutoff marks and also got their names on the merit list will get an invitation for the counselling session. Only the selected candidates will be able to appear for the counselling session. Candidates who appear for counselling will be allocated seats according to their preferences. The selected candidates are required to carry the documents on the day of the counselling session for document verification. The counselling will be held in various colleges.
