UPPSC Medical Officer Eligibility
Candidates who are interested to apply for any of the given posts can apply online through the official website of the authority. But before the applicants initiate the application they must ensure their eligibility for the given posts. Essential Educational Qualification
- A degree in MBBS from an MCI (Medical Council of India) acknowledged University.
- Post Graduate degree of (three years) in the concerned speciality. PG must be from an MCI recognized university or PG degree recognised under The National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
- Post Graduate degree of (two years) in the concerned speciality. PG must be from an MCI recognized university or a PG degree recognised under The National Medical Commission Act, 2019.
Any degree Equivalent to it with one year of experience in the respective speciality after diploma registration in the concerned Medical Council.

Apply Online Application for UPPSC Medical Officer
To apply for all the vacant posts, applicants can follow the steps listed below:
Step 1: Go to the official website of UPPSC. On the home page of the portal, applicants will have to click on the option of All Notification/ Advertisement under the NOTIFICATIONS/ ADVTS section on the menu bar on the left.
Step 2: Clicking on it, Applicants will be directed to the next page where the examination name, advertisement no., start date, last date, etc will be given. Click on the Apply button located in line with this information on the page.
Step 3: On the next open page, a list of all the vacancies will open. Applicants will have to click on the Registration button against the post/ specialization they are eligible to apply for.
Step 4: Clicking the registration button against the concerned specialisation vacancy, applicants will be directed to the next page. On the open page, if the applicant has any time registered/ applied for any vacancy on the portal of UPPSC then they have to click on YES. Otherwise, new candidates on the portal can click on the NO button. This step is basically to do the registration of the new candidates on the UPPSC Portal.
Step 5: On the Registration page, a basic registration form will open up where the candidates will have to enter some of the basic details. I will include personal information like name, address, DOB, category, marital status etc. Applicants will also have to enter their academic details and the details related to their education qualification.
Step 6: After Completing filling up the application form, applicants can Validate and Preview their details. A preview will open on the page. Click on the Submit Application button located on the preview page. You will be successfully registered on the portal.
Step 7: Upon registration, a Registration Confirmation will open up. Review your application and make payment of the application fee. Your application fee will be displayed on the page. Applicants can pay the fee by clicking on the button of Click Here to Proceed for Payment.
Step 8: On the next open page, all the details of the application will be on the screen. Candidates can check the details Proceed for Fee Payment.

For any of the vacant posts under the various departments, the salary of the medical officers may range up to anywhere between Rs. 67,000 to Rs. 2 lakh.
