UPSMFAC Application Form 2022 Eligibility
To fill in the application, the candidates who aspire to get admission under the UPSMFAC institutions must know that there are set criteria to get admission. These criteria of eligibility are essential to be fulfilled by any candidate who is seeking admission into the paramedical faculty. Students can check the criteria of eligibility listed below.
Also, all the candidates will be required to produce all the documents during the verification process to ensure eligibility for admission.

| Age Eligibility | -Candidates applying for admission are required to be a minimum of 17 years of age. The age will be calculated as per the age on the 31st of Dec of the admission year. |
| Educational Qualification | – The student applying must have completed basic education of Class 10th and Class 12th from an acknowledged board/ institution. -He/ She should possess Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as the compulsory subjects under the basic educational qualifications. |
NOTE: There is no relaxation in age offered to the candidates of special categories who are otherwise offered relaxation.
Application Process of UPSMFAC
It is well known by now that to get admission you need to fill out an application form. Filling up the application form until submission is a sequential process. Check the complete procedure we are enlisting below.
Registration procedure
To fill in the application, students are first required to register. To register for admission, the students will have to:
- Visit the official web portal for the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty i.e. www.upsmfac.org.
- First-time users of the portal will have to click on the option of ‘New Registration’ available on the website.
- A registration form will open on the new page where the candidates will have to enter some of the basic details. It will include the name of the student, DOB, Mobile no., etc.
- Inserting all the details, click on the Submit button located on the page.
- Upon submission, a unique Registration ID and Password are sent on the email ID and mobile no. of the candidate registered on the portal. Applicants must keep these credentials secure for future reference.
Filling out the Application Form
As soon as the students complete the registration process, the next step is to fill in the application form. Students can fill in the application form by logging in to the portal.
- Log in with ID and password sent to the student on their official email and number.
- Insert all the essential information required in the application including personal details of the candidate, educational qualifications, address details and others.
- Ensure the details are filled up on the application and proceed.
Uploading Documents
Upon completing the application, students will have to upload some essential documents including a photograph and signature. Make sure to upload the required documents as per the guidelines/ specifications of the authority.
Payment of the Application Fee
To complete the application, students will also have to pay an application fee. Upon the filing of the complete applications, students can pay the fee through the portal. Payment of the fee can do it only via Internet banking, Debit card, credit card and other payment modes available on the website.
Application Submission
As soon as the payment is complete students can click on the Submit button available on the page and submit their application. A preview of your application will also be available on the page. Secure this preview in the form of a hard copy printout.
