• Open the Uttarakhand Board of School Education official website i.e. ubse.uk.gov.in.
• Select the ‘Departmental Exams/UTET’ tab.
• 
• At the Departmental exam/UTET page, tick on the UKDElEd link.
• 
• You will get connected to the UKDElEd official page.
• Now, tick on the ‘New Registration’ box.
• Read the instructions and tap on the ‘Proceed To Registration’ option.
• Submit the asked details inside the registration form boxes.
• Then click on the ‘Submit’ option.
• 
• You will receive an OTP on your mobile number/email address.
• Enter that OTP, then tick on the ‘Verify OTP’ box.
• The notification about the creation of your account will get shared on the screen.
• Along with that, the login credentials will be forwarded to your mobile number/email address.
• At the UK DElEd official page, submit the login credentials inside the ‘Applicant Login’ column.
• Fill in the login credentials and select the ‘Login’ box.
