Implementation of the Bhavantar Bharpayee Scheme
For the effective implementation of the scheme, the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board and Department of Horticulture work together. In order to bring out the best results, the whole process is divided and various different processes are involved.
1. Verification Process
After the successful registration on the portal and submission of the essential documents, the authorized officials from the Department of Horticulture conduct a survey under the supervision of the Revenue Officer. They will verify all the details along with the seed crop area. If all the details are found to be true, the authorities will certify the farmer is valid for the incentive benefits under the scheme.
2. Promotion Process
The seller will sell his horticultural produce on the J-Farm for promotion. The same details will be uploaded on the BBY official portal after the sale. If the specified procurement price exceeds the wholesale price for the given crop, the farmer can appeal for compensation under the scheme. The incentive amount will be sanctioned within the time period of 15 days of the sale made.
3. Evaluation of the Scheme
Timely assessments will be conducted by the state and district-level committees formulated by the Chief Secretary and Deputy Commissioner respectively.
